Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Printing Press Feeder to set up and operate equipment for cutting folding cartons. The role involves break relief, make-ready support, and adherence to sheetfed requirements. You’ll inspect sheets, adjust settings, and assist with feeders to ensure on-spec products.

Strong attention to detail and safety are essential. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years in printing/manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related experience in printing/manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of sheetfed printing basics and color matching.

Responsibilities

• Provide break relief and make-ready support for Sheeter Operator and Assistant Press Operator.
• Be familiar with the sheetfed requirements and review job tickets.
• Conduct make ready as required and assist feeders.
• Inspect sheets from every roll and pull defective sheets.
• Make-ready/registration for press and wash-up of printing presses.
• Operate feeder and communicate quality or safety issues to managers.
• Troubleshoot sheetfed equipment and maintain department goals.
• Maintain a clean area and perform required maintenance.
• Deliver quality cut loads to Printing Department.
