Job summary

ProAmpac in Appleton, WI is seeking a Printing Press Assistant to support our Printing Department. You will follow quality requirements, prepare for orders, package finished rolls, monitor viscosities, and ensure ink matches specifications.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical and math skills, attention to detail, and a team-focused attitude. You may fill in for the Press Operator as needed and work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with a 2-2-3 rotating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with printing equipment is a plus.
• Basic mechanical and math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed expectations.
• Prepares for upcoming orders.
• Packages/wraps finished rolls.
• Monitors viscosities and completes PH forms.
• Disperse ink per specification sheet as needed.
• Operate forklift/clamp trucks to transport product.
• Fill-in for the Press Operator when necessary.
