Amcor in Lawrence, KS is seeking a production associate to support packaging and production across the facility. Evening shift 3:00pm–11:30pm or Midnight shift 11:00pm–7:30am. Learn, grow and develop your skills while contributing to safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting and packaging plastic products, operating equipment safely, completing paperwork, ensuring quality, maintaining clean work areas and following GMP, HACCP and safety procedures.

Job Description

Help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production and packaging needs throughout the facility.

Evening Shift; 3:00pm to 11:30pm

Midnight Shift: 11pm to 7:30am

We will provide opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills.

• Inspect and package plastic products of good quality.


• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.


• Safely utilize basic tools before placing boxes on a pallet.


• Properly complete all required paperwork.


• Ensure accuracy and monitor quality of production runs.


• Maintain continuous production runs and machine efficiency.


• Maintain plant cleanliness through daily work-area cleaning and proper scrap placement.


• Perform additional job duties as required by leadership efficiently and safely.


• Adhere to all Company and Departmental procedures.


• Follow all Safety, Food Safety, GMP and HACCP practices.
