Description
The Printing Operations Support is a versatile production team member responsible for supporting multiple departments within the printing operation to ensure efficient workflow, product quality, and on-time customer deliveries. This position provides coverage and assistance in Rewind, Press Operations, Press Support, Shipping, and other production areas as needed. This position must be adaptable, safety-conscious, and capable of learning multiple processes while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Requirements
This position is performed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where flexibility is essential. The Floater is expected to work safely across multiple departments, adapt to changing production priorities, and maintain Brook + Whittle's standards for safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
