Qualifications

• Requires supervisory or lead experience in manufacturing, industrial, or military settings.
• Experience in training, coaching, and managing people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong leadership and safety/quality culture focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift performance and safety/compliance in the Printing Department.
• Develop team capabilities and close skill gaps using training resources.
• Establish shift priorities aligned with site goals and business objectives.
• Manage labor costs and production metrics, including quality and waste reduction.
