The role requires a bachelor's degree in industrial management or print shop management and at least five years in printing with supervisory experience. Strong leadership, tech-savviness, and budgeting acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management or Print Shop management or equivalent experience.
• At least five years' printing experience including supervisory, production management or plant superintendent positions.
• Technology savvy; quickly learn and adapt AI and software technologies and guide production, marketing and management.
• Ability to efficiently operate a computer and understand the menu systems.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the President/CEO.
• Coordinates production activities with production supervisors.
• Plans scheduling needs for efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
• Manages production workflow and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Administers wage and salary programs with HR support.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, EEOC and other laws.
• Develops budgets and oversees expenses.
• Leads marketing collaboration for new products and pricing.
