Job summary

AtWork Personnel in Henderson, NV is seeking a qualified Maintenance Mechanic to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment, ensuring safe, reliable operation and alignment with production goals.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read manuals/blueprints, replace parts, and work on hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Compliance with OSHA, FDA, GMP and safety rules is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Craft apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience is required.
• 4+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience is required.
• Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and industrial maintenance.
• PLC and HVAC knowledge is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, inspections, and maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.

Position Overview:
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This role ensures equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently, supporting overall business goals through both scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
