Established manufacturing company in Kent, WA is looking for a Flexo Press Operator. The successful candidate will have the following experience:

1. Knowledge of Flexo-Press Printing.
2. Preferably Mark-Andy Press experience, but not necessary.
3. Competitive wages, holiday pay, and health benefits.
4. Set-up and operation of narrow web flexo press; adhering to quality, changeover, and run procedures.
5. Continuously monitor print quality and communicate concerns as needed.
6. Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
7. Complete required preventative maintenance of press equipment.
8. Plate making and mounting.
9. Printing on film and paper substrates in both process and spot color.
10. Ink color matching within the PMS standard.
11. Experience with UV and water-based inks.
12. Ability to regularly and safely lift or move up to 50 lbs.
13. Preventative maintenance experience is a plus.
14. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and color acuity.
15. Attention to detail is essential.
16. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
17. Good math, reading, and writing skills.
18. High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience.
19. Must speak and read English well to understand instructions and communicate safely with others.
20. Availability to work all shifts and flexibility for overtime on Fridays and weekends as required.
