Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking an Equipment Operator for the Pouching department at our North Mankato, MN facility. This role involves operating printing press equipment, maintaining machines, preparing inks, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production.

The position requires attention to tolerances, good reading ability, and strong mechanical aptitude. Shift is 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4pm-2am) with an hourly range of $18-$25; daily pay option is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate printing press equipment in compliance with job specs and quality standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper type, size, color and quantity; ensure plates have correct format.
• Visually inspect forms for quality and coordinate with Production Team to meet deadlines.
