Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator for North Mankato, MN. You will operate folding machinery, perform setups and cleanups, and follow safety guidelines to meet quality standards.

The role offers benefits from Day 1, a $1,000 New Hire Incentive, and Daily Pay options. Authorization to work in the United States is required; bindery experience is helpful but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability is required.
• Knowledge of bindery equipment including folders and collators is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and machinery for folding.
• May do setups, adjustments and cleanups.
• Operates equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Reads and interprets work orders, blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Adjusts machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, within quality guidelines and in a timely fashion.
