• Operate offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment on 1st shift.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs to meet specs.
• Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance for optimum operation.
• Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate crew assignments and train new team members as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
