Job summary

W3Global in Lansing, MI is seeking experienced Bindery Operators to join its growing team on 1st and/or 2nd shift. Full-time positions with potential Saturday overtime. You will set up, operate, and maintain commercial bindery equipment, with emphasis on quality, productivity, and safe machine operation.

Prior experience in commercial printing is required. Hourly pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k) and health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining commercial bindery equipment.
• Knowledge of commercial printing.
• Experience with Saddlebinder equipment, Folders, Paper cutters.
• Experience in a commercial printing facility.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain Polar Paper Cutting System.
• Operate Muller-Martini Minuteman Saddlebinder equipment.
• Operate Stahl folders.
• Operate other general commercial bindery equipment as needed.
• Perform machine setup and adjustments to ensure proper production.
• Monitor equipment operation and maintain consistent production quality.
• Handle folding, cutting, binding, and other paper-finishing processes.
• Maintain equipment and identify operational issues.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Multi-task across production requirements while maintaining quality standards.

Our client is seeking experienced Bindery Operators to join its growing company. Our client is rapidly expanding and has multiple openings for 1st and/or 2nd shift bindery equipment operators. Full-time positions are available, with potential Saturday overtime as needed.
The primary responsibility is to set up, operate, and maintain commercial bindery equipment, with a strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safe machine operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain the Polar Paper Cutting System.
• Operate Muller-Martini Minuteman Saddlebinder equipment.
• Operate Stahl folders.
• Operate other general commercial bindery equipment as needed.
