Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Printer/Scanner/Copier Technician to support a large medical facility. This role includes diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining devices, as well as ordering necessary parts. You must have a strong mechanical aptitude and prior experience working hands-on with printers and copiers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain printers, scanners, and copiers
• Order parts as needed and manage replacements
• Disassemble and reassemble devices accurately
• Deliver and install printer supplies
• Perform break/fix support and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues per customer specifications
• Provide training and technical briefings to end users and staff
• Work closely with Lexmark representatives and follow their service protocols

Requirements:

• Previous break/fix experience with printers, copiers, or imaging equipment
• Strong electro-mechanical aptitude
• Ability to lift, move, and work on large office machines
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from client site
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
