About the Position:

  • Schedule: 2-2-3 (every other weekend off-Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
  • Hours: 12-hour shift
  • Pay: $23.31-$25.91 an hour

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • If selected for the position, this must be verified during the background check process.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Ensure printing machinery is running safely and efficiently and that the product meets quality requirements at all times. This position requires maintaining the machines according to maintenance schedules and keeping the production area clean at all times.

B. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

C. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing of printing machinery.

Preventative maintenance of printing machinery according to maintenance schedules.

Ensure that parts meeting quality requirements are being produced according to procedures and work instructions.

Monitor and maintain ink supply functions.

Monitor and maintain cap supply functions.

Communicate with the team, maintenance technicians, and management staff as required.

Maintain documentation as required by procedures and work instructions.

Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions; use equipment and materials properly.

Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and HACCP Pre-requisite Programs related to activities performed for this position.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Clean-up of the production area and machinery.

Monitor and maintain material supply functions.

Help in other job functions as required.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Knowledge, Training, and Work Experience

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the requirements of this position to the satisfaction of the Production Manager.

ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is a high-speed manufacturing operation with heavy-duty industrial equipment.
