North American Refrigeration is a Florida based industrial refrigeration contractor that serves the refrigeration needs of operators throughout the Southeast. What You'll Do :

• Provide Service & Support : Travel to customer facilities across the U.S. to install, repair, maintain, and test facility equipment.
• Problem Solving : Diagnose issues, determine the right solutions, and communicate resolutions to the customer or Service Manager.
• System Start-Ups : Complete pump-outs and start up equipment after construction projects, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Customer Interaction : Build strong relationships with customers while keeping them informed about service progress and solutions.
• Adhere to Safety Standards : Follow all safety procedures and ensure incident reporting is timely and accurate.
• Expense Management : Submit accurate and timely expense reports in line with North American Refrigeration's guidelines.
• Clean Driving Record : Maintain a clean driving record and be prepared to travel extensively across the continental U.S.
• Other Duties : Take on additional responsibilities as needed to keep projects moving forward and customers happy.

Flexible & Ready to Travel : Although our goal is to keep you as local as possible, you would be required to travel as required, with overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or associate degree, or a combination of relevant experience and education.

Preferred : CIRO / CARO certifications, experience with industrial refrigeration systems, and knowledge of electrical components.

Ability to work well independently with limited supervision.

Effective communication skills.
