ManpowerGroup is assisting a leader in the printing and manufacturing industry in Lynchburg, VA, to hire a Printer Machine Operator on the 2nd shift. The role supports the production team within Operations and requires attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude to succeed. The position runs on weekdays, from 2:30 P.M.

to 11:00 P.M., with a pay rate of $17 per hour. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a similar role and be proficient with Windows XP, Word, Excel, and PDFs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Windows XP, MS Word, Excel, and Adobe PDFs.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift 45 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Operate all Operations Print equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Perform quality control checks prior to setting up each order and each time paper is removed from the printer.
• Order necessary stock from the warehouse before running each job.
• Help monitor that all documentation is current with instructions and samples.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Our client, a leader in the printing and manufacturing industry, is seeking a Printer Machine Operator to join their team. As a Printer Machine Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Printer Machine Operator

Location: Lynchburg, VA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 2nd shift, Monday to Friday, 2:30 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
