Digital Room Inc. is hiring a Machine Operator for the Arlington, TX plant on 2nd shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Mon-Fri). The role involves operating large format printing/finishing equipment, loading materials, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour and depends on experience. The position requires at least 1 year in manufacturing, English communication, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and verify correct quantity and product.
• Use company database to check orders and update status.
• Communicate with management to ensure duties are completed.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace with stocked supplies.
• Report hazards to management promptly.
• Perform color and image quality tests and notify issues.
• Adapt to additional duties as business needs grow.

Duties and responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in the assign boxes according to the size and quantity.
• Machine Operation & Learning, Operated and developed proficiency with large format/wide format machinery for printing, cutting, fabrication, packing, and shipping.
• Load materials and products into processing equipment.
• Measure,weight, and count products and materials.
• Read shipping labels and ensure correct quantity/product.
• Check orders on computers usingthe company’sdatabase.
• Communicate withthe managementteam toensureall duties assigned are completed.
• Ensure that a clean and orderly work area is stocked with supplys.
• Report any and all workplace hazards to management immediately.
• Maintaining efficiency while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Taking on additional responsibilities as skills grow and business needs require
• Following safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Communicate equipment and material problems with management andvendorsin a timelymanner.
• Perform scheduled color and image quality testsand notify manager upon found issues.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and with team members
• Strong customer service mindset and pride in quality work
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
• Comfortable using computers and related systems

• Physically capable of working in a production environment

Physical requirements
