Georgia Correctional Industries is seeking an entry- to mid-level Plant Supervisor to oversee inmate laborers in manufacturing processes. The role involves coordinating the workforce, plant operations, and inventory under direct supervision, and assisting senior supervisors with training inmates and enforcing safety procedures to maintain quality and productivity.

The position may include routine maintenance of production equipment and requires a high school diploma or GED.
