DP Professionals (DPP) is seeking an experienced PCB layout engineer for a remote, 6+ month W2 contract with potential extension or direct hire conversion. The ideal candidate will hold an active TS clearance and bring hands-on PCB layout expertise using Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition, including high-density multilayer designs with high-speed digital, RF, and mixed-signal circuits.

Applicants should have a strong working knowledge of IPC standards, DFM/DF A practices, and be able to produce

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with clean background and successful drug screen.
• 8 years with B.S. OR 6 years with M.S. OR 4 years with PhD.
• Hands-on PCB layout experience using Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition.
• Designing high-density, multilayer PCBs with high-speed digital, RF, or mixed-signal circuits.
• Strong understanding of PCB fabrication, IPC standards, and DFM/DFA.
• Experience producing PCB/CCA fabrication drawings, artwork, and manufacturing documentation.

Required:

• Active TS clearance with clean background and drug screen

• Strong hands‑on PCB layout experience using Siemens/Mentor Graphics Xpedition
• Experience designing high‑density, multilayer PCBs involving high-speed digital, RF, and/or mixed‑signal circuits
• Strong understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly, IPC standards, and DFM/DFA
• Experience producing PCB/CCA fabrication drawings, artwork, and manufacturing documentation
• Background in defense, aerospace, or high-reliability electronics preferred
