Job summary

Propelis Group's Collide division is hiring for an onsite 3rd shift role in Butler, working 5:30 pm to 4 am. The position supports printing operations by gathering materials, moving inventory, ripping print files, and ensuring quality checks are performed within a safe, clean environment.

The role requires forklift experience and an Associates degree or advanced training in design, graphics, or operations is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are valued.

• Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
• Good verbal and written communication; basic math concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gathers raw materials required for printing.
• Removes completed jobs from presses and delivers to the next operation.
• Transacts inventory movements in a timely manner.
• Rip print files for operators.
• Sheets and squares raw material according to the schedule.
• Performs periodic in-process quality checks.
• Transacts material movements, as well as order confirmations.
• Monitors press scrap for proper recycling.
• Operate assigned equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA safety programs and rules.
• Performs work in accordance with approved procedures and work instructions.
• Monitors quality points at workstation and records required data.
• Reports quality and production concerns and issues to supervisor.
• Conducts operator level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Keeps the work environment neat and clean.
• Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $16 USD - $18 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
