Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service for print needs, producing finished products with print equipment. You will be part of a friendly, team-oriented retail culture and may interview in person after applying.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering Print Solutions and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use intake tools to capture project info and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service area and PC rentals.
• Generate leads through qualifying questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned (shipping, etc.).
