Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service for customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment while contributing to a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training in print provided.

Qualifications

Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
Provide a total solution to customers.
Attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues.
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files and use MS Word.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a complete print solution.
Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads.
Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
