Staples in Ogden, UT is hiring Print Specialists to help customers with print needs and to produce professionally finished products using our print and production equipment. You will be part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture and contribute to a high level of service.

Greet customers, ask open questions to understand copy print needs, capture project details with order intake tools, and assist in the self-service area. Flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Need strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships.
• Attention to detail to ensure print quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer skills, ability to save/send files.
• Willingness to assist with shipping and other duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area utilizing copy machines.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
