Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs in-store. You will operate print and production equipment, create professional outcomes, and contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Training is provided and interviews may be scheduled quickly after applying. Roles include greeting customers in Print Solutions, uncovering needs with open questions, capturing project details, and offering tailored print solutions.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to open/save/send files and use Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' copy print needs.
• Use intake tools to capture project information and propose a print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties, e.g., assist with shipping.
