Staples Print Specialists are hiring to provide exceptional customer service and produce professionally finished print products in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, determine print needs, and guide them to the right solutions with friendly, hands-on support.

This part-time role offers flexible hours, weekly pay, associate discounts, and opportunities for career growth. Training is provided, and an in-person interview may be scheduled quickly after applying.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to assist many customers with a total print solution.
• Attention to detail to identify quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save, and send files and use Word.
• Collaborative in a high-paced environment.
• Ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Honesty and integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range, stand and walk continuously.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively
• Ask open ended questions to build relationships and understand customers copy print needs
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer an appropriate total print solution
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area utilizing the copy machines and PC rentals
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate potential leads
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist customers with shipping, etc.)
