Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions to customers' print needs. You will produce professionally finished products using print and production equipment, while collaborating with a team in a fun retail culture.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to meet store needs.
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files; familiarity with Word.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift/move supplies 10–50 pounds; stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping support).
