Job summary

Staples, Inc. is seeking a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service for print requests in-store. You will operate print and production equipment to finish projects and help customers with solutions, while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented retail culture.

Hiring immediately and training in print provided. As part of the Print Solutions department, you greet customers, ask open-ended questions, capture project details, and guide them to the right print solution.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Ability to work with many customers to provide a total solution.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Word usage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand customers' copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer appropriate print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
