Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service and solutions for print needs. You will produce finished products with print and production equipment and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented retail culture.

Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Respond to customers and provide a total print solution.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot quality issues.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files; use Microsoft Word.
• Collaborate in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Handle conflicts in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Able to lift 10–50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose total solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
