Job summary

Staples is hiring for the Print Specialists role in-store to provide exceptional customer service for print needs. You will operate print and production equipment, help customers find solutions, and contribute to a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality prints and orders.
• Basic computer skills for handling files and orders.
• Able to work well in a team in a busy retail environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to store needs and schedules.
• Problem-solving mindset for print solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word for document handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to identify potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., help with shipping).
