Job summary

Staples, Inc. in Greenville, SC seeks a Print Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and produce finished print projects. You will operate print and production equipment and help customers find the right solutions in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail setting.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, associate discounts, and opportunities for growth. Training is provided, and you’ll be involved in assisting customers with copy, print, shipping, and related services

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and the ability to work in a busy retail print environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build relationships and understand copy/print needs.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and error-free outputs.
• Basic computer skills to open, save, and send files and use common software.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a fast-paced team setting.
• Ability to manage conflicts in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity in handling customer and business information.
• Physically able to lift and move supplies up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and offer print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area and with PCs/printing equipment.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads during consultations.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
