Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to engage with customers and understand print needs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service tasks in the area with copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate leads and sales opportunities.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
