Job summary

Staples is hiring a Print Specialist in Auburn, ME to deliver exceptional customer service for print needs and produce professional finished products using print and production equipment. You will contribute to a friendly, team-oriented store culture and participate in immediate training in print services.

In this role, you will help customers with copy and print projects, operate order intake tools, and assist in the self-service area.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose print solutions.
• Assist customers with self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).
