Staples, Inc. in Orleans, MA is seeking Print Specialists to deliver exceptional service for print needs and finish high-quality products using print equipment. You will collaborate with customers, ask questions, and propose complete print solutions in a fast-paced retail setting.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, opportunities for training, and a supportive team culture. In-store support with shipping and PC rentals may be required as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling as store needs require.
• Ability to handle many customers with a total solution approach.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills including opening, saving, sending files, and using Word processing tools.
• Able to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced environment.
• Able to manage conflicts in a calm, cooperative manner.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Must be able to lift/move supplies 10–50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project info and offer total print solutions.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultation to generate leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., shipping assistance).
