Job summary

Staples is seeking a Print Specialist to provide exceptional customer service for print needs in our Print Solutions department. You will operate print and production equipment, generate solutions, and support customers in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding their copy/print requirements, processing orders, assisting in the self-service area, and identifying leads. Staples offers flexible part-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on store needs.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Basic computer skills including opening, saving and sending files; Microsoft Word or similar.
• Ability to collaborate in a high paced environment and manage conflict calmly.
• Ability to lift and move supplies in the 10–50 pound range.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly and attentively.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and propose a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads; support other duties as needed.
