Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships and understand customers print needs.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and Microsoft Word or similar programs.

• Physical ability to lift 10–50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions area and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build rapport.
• Capture project details using intake tools and propose a total print solution.
• Assist customers with self-service area, copiers, and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions to generate potential leads for print projects.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
