Job summary

Staples is hiring for Print Specialists to help customers with print needs and deliver professionally finished products using print equipment. You will be part of a friendly, team-oriented retail culture with immediate hiring and training provided.

You will greet customers, ask questions to understand their print requirements, capture project details, and present total print solutions while assisting in self-service areas and shipping tasks. Training is provided and performance leads to growth.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; open, save and send files; use Word.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the Print Solutions department and respond quickly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy print needs.
• Use order intake tools to capture project information and offer a total print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area using copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties (e.g., assist with shipping).
