Job summary

Staples Print Specialists provide exceptional customer service for print needs and produce professionally finished products using print equipment. You will be part of a friendly, team-oriented retail culture with training provided. After applying, in-person interview opportunities may be scheduled quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the Print Solutions department and respond promptly.
• Ask open-ended questions to understand copy/print needs and build relationships.
• Use order intake tools to capture project details and offer a print solution.
• Assist customers with tasks in the self-service area with copy machines and PC rentals.
• Ask qualifying questions during consultations to generate potential leads.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (e.g., assist with shipping).

You will also be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture. Hiring immediately and training in print provided.
