Staples Greenwich is seeking a Print Supervisor to lead a customer-focused team in selling and delivering total print solutions that help clients achieve their marketing goals. You will foster a friendly, collaborative store culture while driving performance and service standards.

You will connect with customers, propose print and marketing options, coach associates, and collaborate to maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling to meet store needs.
• Experience directing a team and managing multiple priorities.
• Basic computer skills to open, save and send files, email, and use word processing software.
• Attention to detail and keen eye for quality issues.
• Experience overcoming objections and engaging customers to understand needs.
