Job summary

Modern Litho in Missouri is seeking a Stacker for the folding team. Work days Mon-Wed, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM on a 12-hour rotating schedule with overtime available, and earn $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. No prior printing experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be quality-minded and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to read and understand a job ticket.
• Must have strong attendance and good work ethic, as this role directly supports another team member.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift.
• Must be team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.
• No prior printing or bindery experience required, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Catching and stacking folded printed materials as they come off the folding machine.
• Aligning and arranging products neatly on pallets for further processing.
• Assisting Operators with setup, cleanup, and changeovers as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Monitoring product for defects or inconsistencies.
• Following safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
