Job summary

FedEx Office and Print Services is seeking a Store Consultant to deliver a positive customer experience across print, signs & graphics, and shipping services. You will take orders, provide pricing and product information, and recommend FedEx Office solutions to meet customer needs.

You will operate printing and shipping equipment, handle complex orders, manage the production queue, and keep the store clean and organized while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of specialized experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities
