Responsibilities

• Printing, organizing, and preparing documents for shipping.
• Prepare, package, and label items for delivery to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain an organized inventory of supplies and materials for printing and shipping tasks.
• Operate printing and shipping equipment, including copiers, printers, scanners and packing tools.
• Manage daily inventory and ensure timely mailing of all items.
• Maintain clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and productivity.
• Notate accounts with tracking information.
• Order mailing supplies via USPS website.
• Handle incoming mail, scans and files.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance as it relates to printing, documenting, storing and shredding of sensitive documents.
