Print Sales Specialist Description – HP is seeking to identify highly motivated and qualified individuals for various future opportunities. Although there may not be an immediate opening, in anticipation of these opportunities becoming available, completing a profile will allow us to evaluate your qualifications and interests and will allow us to stay connected.
Job Description: The Print Sales Specialist is responsible for specializing in sales, collaborating with Ownership Teams, managing account relationships, and providing expertise on HP's products and services. This role focuses on achieving sales quotas, developing proposals, landing new logos, and ensuring client hand-offs. The Print Sales Specialist owns Print Solutions focused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy with existing or new accounts.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Minimum of 5 to 10+ yrs years of experience in sales or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth. Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships. Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities. Experience navigating complex organizational structures to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
Expertise in IT strategy and managed services. Strong business management skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities. Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Adaptability to new business capabilities and emerging trends. (i.e. “platform” / marketplace…). Advanced negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
We are looking to hire candidates across the below mentioned locations: California, Washington DC, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $115,000-$210,000 annually. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
