Job summary

Stillwater Area Public Schools’ Stillwater Area High School is seeking a Paraprofessional - Print Room (non-instructional) to operate and maintain the print room for 250+ staff and nearly 3,000 students.

Hours are 6.0 per day from 8:30 to 3:05, Monday through Friday on student contact days. The role requires multitasking, basic Word/Excel or Google Docs/Sheets skills, and timely email responses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and operate large printers and office equipment.
• Basic knowledge of Word and Excel and/or Google Docs and Sheets.
• Respond to staff emails in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain large capacity printer/copiers for 250+ staff including educators, custodians, food service and students.
• Enlarge documents for visually impaired students.
• Respond to emails from staff in a timely manner.
• Maintain mailroom and other duties as assigned.
