Job summary

AlphaGraphics Lake Norman, a locally owned marketing communications company in Cornelius, NC, seeks a Print Project Coordinator for a full-time on-site role. You’ll be the first contact for prospects and customers, handling quotes, artwork review, and production coordination with designers.

The position emphasizes strong communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer service and at least 1 year in print or sign shop work, plus familiarity

Responsibilities

• Answering clients' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
• Processing incoming leads and promptly creating estimates.
• Calling clients and prospects to review estimates, artwork, and orders.
• Gathering and sharing clients’ requirements with our graphic designers.
• Creating and reviewing print specs and artwork before production to ensure the printed materials turn out as planned.
• Generating sales orders and processing payments.
• Keeping clients up to date on the status of their print job.

Responsibilities

• Answering clients\' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
• Processing incoming leads and promptly creating estimates
• Calling clients and prospects to review their estimates, artwork, and orders
• Gathering and sharing clients’ requirements with our graphic designers
