TownSq Careers is seeking a Print Production Operator to support Ink Operations on the 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM) in Richardson, TX. You will operate and assist with production equipment, fulfill orders, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, fulfillment, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, work safely, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with production equipment and workflows (presses, inserters, postage meters, finishing equipment).
• Complete assigned work accurately, safely, and in priority order.
• Read and follow job instructions, work orders, and quality standards.
• Monitor work for quality and proper handling.
• Move materials through the operation and support setup and basic maintenance.
• Perform fulfillment, inventory movement, quality control, and other production tasks as assigned.
• Report equipment issues, safety risks, and workflow delays.
