Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily print production activities from start to finish.
• Lead, train, and support production employees.
• Monitor workflow, schedules, priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure materials meet quality and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues with operators and other departments.
• Coordinate with Prepress, Sales, Customer Service and Shipping to keep jobs moving.
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance when needed.
• Manage materials, inventory, waste and production supplies.
• Track performance and identify efficiency improvements.
• Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean production area.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed.
• Assist with estimating, scheduling and capacity planning as needed.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-onPrint Production Supervisorat Meno Enterprises to lead our print production team and ensure jobs are produced safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial print production, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to keep production moving in a fast-paced environment.

Print/Production experience is not required. We will train the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily print production activities from job start through completion.
• Lead, train, and support production employees.
• Monitor workflow, production schedules, job priorities, and deadlines.
• Ensure printed materials meet established quality and customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot production issues and work with operators and other departments to resolve problems quickly.
• Coordinate with Prepress, Sales, Customer Service, and Shipping to keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or service when needed.
• Manage materials, inventory, waste, and production supplies.
• Track production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Enforce company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized production environment.
• Ensure employees follow established operating procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with estimating production requirements, scheduling, and capacity planning as needed.
• Provide leadership and accountability while maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in print production, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial printing processes and finishing operations.
• Experience with digital, offset, wide-format, or other relevant print technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working hands-on in a production environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with production-management software.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
