Minuteman Press Hoffman Estates is a locally-owned print and marketing shop serving businesses in our community. We’re the team behind business cards, brochures, banners, and marketing materials that help local companies succeed.

We can produce just about anything you can put a name, image, or logo on. You’ll learn production on a variety of projects—from business cards to wide format signage—and gain hands-on experience with Xerox digital printers, Duplo equipment, and Fiery Command Workstation

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person, guiding print options.
• Learn consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Operate Xerox digital production printers under guidance.
• Work with Duplo cutters, slitters, creasers, folders, and envelope printers.
• Assist with wide-format jobs on Epson printer.
• Learn file preparation and workflow with Fiery Command Workstation.
• Quality check finished products before shipping.

Print Production Specialist - Part to Full time

Minuteman Press Hoffman Estates is a locally-owned print and marketing shop serving businesses right here in our community. We're the team behind the business cards, brochures, banners, and marketing materials that help local companies succeed. We can produce just about anything you can put a name, image, or logo on. If you've ever been curious about what goes into creating professional print work—or you already love the craft—this might be your place.

What You'll Actually Do

You’ll be learning and assisting with production on a variety of projects for local businesses—everything from business cards to wide format signage, banners, and any custom printed materials. Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting customers via phone, email, and in person—answering questions, providing guidance on print options, and helping them navigate the print process
• Learning to use a consultative approach to understand customer needs and recommend solutions for their projects
• Operating our Xerox digital production printers under guidance and training
• Working with specialized equipment, including Duplo cutters, slitters, creasers, folders, and envelope printers

Assisting with wide-format jobs on our Epson printer

• Learning file preparation and workflow management using Fiery Command Workstation
• Quality checking finished products before they go out the door
