Qualifications

• Two years of progressively responsible experience in industrial digital printing, bindery, finishing, or a related production environment.
• Ability to set up and operate production equipment and perform quality inspections.
• Must follow master production schedule and safety procedures.
• Demonstrates leadership in mentoring student employees.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support print production equipment within the assigned pod.
• Monitor quality, color, registration, and finishing to ensure standards.
• Mentor and supervise student employees in daily operations.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
