Job Description

The role involves coordinating the production of printed materials and print-related services for clients. It requires maintaining positive client relations through active engagement throughout all stages of the manufacturing process, from initial contact to final product disposition.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, and coordinate major aspects of projects and production independently and with production leadership.
  2. Develop solutions to client concerns, process improvements, invoice reconciliation, proof of deliveries, etc.
  3. Build and sustain strong client relationships.
  4. Consult with clients and production teams to execute plans effectively.
  5. Prioritize tasks to meet business demands.
  6. Manage high-profile, larger volume, or complex accounts.
  7. Mentor junior staff by reviewing work, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating expertise.
  8. Ensure job instructions are accurately entered and verified in manufacturing systems and scheduled for production.
  9. Support pre-sales activities by discussing manufacturing capabilities and requirements.
  10. Assist sales with pricing and scheduling, referencing price sheets and coordinating with operations.
  11. Collaborate with sales and clients on Kitting, Warehousing, and Distribution needs as required.
  12. Gather and prepare documentation for timely billing.
  13. Determine supplies and materials needed for jobs, liaising with vendors as necessary.
  14. Assist in the RFP process and prepare client product materials.
  15. Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  1. Additional education or certifications relevant to this level are advantageous.
  2. Strong knowledge of the functional areas related to the role or a related professional field.
  3. Consistent application of policies, procedures, regulations, and objectives.
  4. Experience overseeing junior staff work and conducting accuracy reviews.
  5. Proficiency with systems such as MS Office, Mac, Google Suite, or equivalent.
  6. Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interdepartmental communication.
  7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  8. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  9. HS diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant client service, administrative, operational support in manufacturing or office environments.
