Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a seasoned Print Production Project Manager to support a fast-paced, agency-style creative environment. This internal-facing role centers on print production workflows (non-digital) and requires strong project coordination, timeline management, and ownership across cross-functional teams.

Location is Remote, must support PST hours, with a flexible schedule; 40 hours per week is not guaranteed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience within an advertising agency environment (required)
  • Strong understanding of print production and advertising workflows
  • Experience managing non-interactive, print-focused projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent agency experience
  • Proficiency with: Workfront (required), ProofHQ / Workfront Proof (preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project / Advantage (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through the full agency lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
  • Create, maintain, and update project timelines, schedules, and estimates
  • Route print and non-interactive projects through digital workflow systems (Workfront / ProofHQ)
  • Track and communicate project status, next steps, and risks to stakeholders
  • Coordinate across creative, account, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts
  • Lead and maintain daily/weekly status reports and meetings
  • Prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects
  • Forecast workload and assist with resource planning
  • Ensure adherence to agency processes while identifying opportunities for improvement

Position: Print Production Project Manager

Location: Remote (Must support PST hours)
Schedule: Flexible; 40 hours not guaranteed

Duration: 24-month contract

Compensation: $49-$53/hour

Interview Process: 2 rounds

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Project Manager to support a fast-paced, agency-style creative environment. This role is heavily focused on print production workflows (non-digital) and requires strong project coordination, timeline management, and workflow ownership across cross-functional teams.

This is an internal-facing role that will work closely with creative, account, and production teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the agency lifecycle.

Required Experience & Qualifications
