This internal-facing role centers on print production workflows (non-digital) and requires strong project coordination, timeline management, and ownership across cross-functional teams.
Location is Remote, must support PST hours, with a flexible schedule; 40 hours per week is not guaranteed.

We are seeking an experienced Print Production Project Manager to support a fast-paced, agency-style creative environment. This role is heavily focused on print production workflows (non-digital) and requires strong project coordination, timeline management, and workflow ownership across cross-functional teams.
This is an internal-facing role that will work closely with creative, account, and production teams to ensure projects move efficiently through the agency lifecycle.
Prior Advertising Agency experience (required)
Workfront knowledge (required)
Strong print production background (non-digital)
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
Flexibility with hours (40 hours/week not guaranteed)
Manage projects through the full agency lifecycle, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Create, maintain, and update project timelines, schedules, and estimates
Route print and non-interactive projects through digital workflow systems (Workfront / ProofHQ)
Track and communicate project status, next steps, and risks to stakeholders
Coordinate across creative, account, and production teams to ensure seamless execution
Anticipate and resolve roadblocks, bottlenecks, and scheduling conflicts
Lead and maintain daily/weekly status reports and meetings
Prioritize workload across multiple concurrent projects
Forecast workload and assist with resource planning
Ensure adherence to agency processes while identifying opportunities for improvement
Ability to indirectly manage teams and drive accountability without direct authority
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and provide solutions
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Effective communication across all levels (Account Coordinators through VP-level stakeholders)
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Minimum 5+ years of experience within an advertising agency environment (required)
Strong understanding of print production and advertising workflows
Experience managing non-interactive, print-focused projects
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent agency experience
Proficiency with:
Workfront (required)
ProofHQ / Workfront Proof (preferred)
Microsoft Office Suite
MS Project / Advantage (preferred)
